When submitting a claim, the following documents must be provided in original - fiscal receipt and/or invoice, warranty card, goods receipt or installation report.

In the event of obvious defects, damage, shortages, discrepancy between the ordered and delivered goods or broken integrity of the packaging, it is possible that the goods are damaged during transportation to the customer's home.
