Miramax Clima LTD offers the "Maintenance of Air Conditioning Split System" service. This service includes a detailed inspection and cleaning of both the indoor and outdoor units:

• General inspection of the air conditioning system, including both indoor and outdoor units.
• Cleaning of the heat exchanger and fan turbine of the indoor unit using a professional air conditioning cleaner and a pressure washer (the indoor unit’s panel will be removed, and the air conditioner will be covered with a protective wrap to prevent splashing on walls and floors).
• Cleaning of the filter section.
• Cleaning of the decorative panel of the indoor unit.
• Cleaning of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit with a professional air conditioning cleaner and a pressure washer.
• Cleaning of the panels of the outdoor unit with a professional air conditioning cleaner and a pressure washer.
• Measurement of operating pressure in both heating and cooling modes to determine normal or abnormal system operation.
• Power consumption check of the system.
• Inspection and cleaning of the drainage system, if necessary.

Maintenance Pricing for Air Conditioning Split Systems (BGN):

• Maintenance without disassembly of the indoor and outdoor units: 60 BGN – 80 BGN, depending on the level of contamination.
• Maintenance with disassembly of the outdoor unit only: 160 BGN.
• Maintenance with disassembly of both indoor and outdoor units: 200 BGN.
