GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE OF GOODS

1. The goods must be in original packaging and in an undamaged commercial condition;

2. Not used;

3. That it has not been installed;

4. It must not be damaged/broken during transport: if damage is found to the shipment upon receipt by the courier, a Damaged Shipment Protocol is drawn up in the presence of the courier. If a transport defect is subsequently found, the product is NOT subject to return/exchange.

5. To be accompanied by an original financial document proving that it was purchased from "MIRAMAX KLIMA" EOOD / fiscal receipt and/or invoice, goods receipt, warranty card and all accompanying documents to the original packaging.

6. Refunds are made to a bank account provided by the buyer within 14 days from the date of return of the goods.

IMPORTANT: The user's right to withdraw from the contract at a distance or from the contract outside the commercial premises does not apply to already completed installation, dismantling, service or other services provided / on the basis of Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act.

When returning the goods to the service base of "MIRAMAX KLIMA" EOOD, an inspection and evaluation of the same is carried out. If it is found that it does not meet the above conditions for return/exchange, on the basis of Art. 55, para. 4 of the Law on consumer protection, "MIRAMAX KLIMA" EOOD has the right to depreciate the goods in the amount of 10% to 100% in the case of complete damage of the value and, for which a protocol is drawn up. The protocol is drawn up in the presence of the client or sent to him in writing by e-mail specified in the form.

RETURN OF GOODS WITHIN 14-DAY PERIOD

"MIRAMAX CLIMA" EOOD informs its customers that any product purchased online from miramax-clima.bg can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

1. To return/exchange goods purchased through distance selling within the legal 14-day period, please fill out the form in the "Complaints" section

2. Make sure that the product you wish to return meets the general conditions for return/exchange of goods.

3. Transport costs for the return of goods are for the buyer's account. It is returned in person or by courier service. When returning the product by courier, it must be sent with insurance for the value of the device and WITHOUT PAYMENT; if there is no insurance and transport damage occurs, the responsibility and costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. After receiving confirmation from us, you can send the goods or hand them over in person to the service base of "MIRAMAX KLIMA" EOOD, located in the town of Cherven Bryag 5980, 14 Stefan Karadzha Street.
